Description

In this one-on-one lesson, the student will learn how to talk about time and how to talk about prices; buying tickets. This lesson will help develop the receptive skills of listening. At the end of this lesson, the student will be able to ask about time and about prices.

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

The T shows a photo of a clock to the S The T asks the S: T: "What is this?" T: "How important is time?" T: "Is time money?"

Pre-teaching the vocabulary (8-10 minutes) • To teach the vocabulary

1- The T gives the S ex.1 T: "Put theses words in order." FB = S-T 2- The T gives ex.2 T: "Look at photos A-F. What are these things?" FB = S-T

Highlighting (3-6 minutes) • To draw students' attention to the target language
