Pre-Listening (15 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible

Unit 15, Language Focus - Pg 73 Hand out sheet to be completed and answer Q2

While-Listening #1 (10 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and specific information reading/listening tasks

Explain to class re. listening to a financial market report from the radio news. Play Unit 15 Listening, Pg 74 several times.

While-Listening #2 (20 minutes) • To provide students with more challenging detailed, deduction and inference reading/listening tasks

On WB, write up Q3 (1-12) names and ask class to identify movement and write into separate sheet.

Post-Listening (10 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they've learned

Play track and pause after each movement phrase - ensure students record on their sheet
