We will start by giving them a picture and predicting what has happened to the man. Then I will give each group sentences with the words which take place in the story they will read them and try tomatch them with the definition. Then I will choose a sentence for each group and tell them to come to the board and mime it sothe others can guess what he/she is miming. I will hightlight the word in the sentence and ask them if the word is a noun/adjective/verb. After we analyse the words, I will tell them to write a story about the picture using the words as a group and nominate each ss from each group to read thier groups story.
