Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

At first teacher asks a question about "How they can be healthy so they can live a healthy life?" and discuss it for a short time

Pre-Reading/Listening (10-12 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible

The teacher teaches some new related words to the reading by eliciting those words, after they learned it teacher ask some questions about the words that have been taught to check students understanding of the words.

While-Reading/Listening #1 (10-12 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and specific information reading/listening tasks

Hand the paper to the students and ask them to look at the exercise "a" and do it in pairs then ask them to read the answers to the whole class.

While-Reading/Listening #2 (14-16 minutes) • To provide students with more challenging detailed, deduction and inference reading/listening tasks

Ask students to read the reading individually then ask them to do exercise "b" in pairs then read the answers to the class.

Post-Reading/Listening (8-10 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they've learned

Form groups and ask students about lifestyle in their country . Is it healthy? or not? and tell why is it like that? then tell the class
