Ss look at the board and start to discuss in PW about what are they interested in. T-S task feedback (elicit some ideas) T will give HO about Ex 1., make the students work in group. T-S task feedback in necessary areas.

Pre-listening (1-2 minutes) • To prepare the students for the text and make it concise and clear

T will ask some questions to elicit the word "motorcycle" and ask the students like where we can ride motorbikes (i.e. on main roads, in forests etc.) Elicit the connection. Pre-teach key vocabulary. e.g. : biking, get into biking; fascinating, experience, expect, relaxed, frightening.

During listening - Gist listening (1.7 audio script) (4-5 minutes) • To practice listening by providing less challenging gist listening

T will allow students to read the question from the WB and discuss in PW before playing recording. T will tell the Ss are going to listen an interview with a motorcyclist named Li. T will ask ICQ before listening. Check with their partner then WCFB will be given.

During listening - Detailed listening (1.7 audio script) (8-10 minutes) • To provide students with more challenging detailed listening

T will hand out sentences. Let them check the questions in pairs. T asks whether the Ss can remember what Li says about. Then WCFB will be given. T will ask how they remember. If it is needed, the audio track might be listened once.

Post-listening (10-12 minutes) • To develop oral fluency on the topic

Speaking (8-10 minutes) • To allow students to practise speaking

T will draw a 'mind-map' related to your personal interests and uses it as an activating tool to talk about it. Drill some stems, phrases. T will make a big mind-map on WB, and engage all students to add an interest to this map. PW, GW, WC can be set also. Error correction might be made.
