Procedure (28-36 minutes)
T will present photos of three people. T will elicit their names and jobs and relationship from Ss to set the context. Ss will answer the questions to understand the context.
T will give Ss the conversation between the two men (Mike and Rob) T will ask Ss to read in a minute and answer the questions (Is Rob happy? why do you thinks so?) Ss will read individually then answer the questions
T will tell Ss that Mike wants to tell his wife about what Rob said. She will elicit that they will text each other. Ss will play the role of Mike. Ss will change Rob's speech to reported speech. Ss will work individually. T will monitor. Ss will check in pairs. T will put some sentences on WB and ask some Ss to make them reported speech. T will elicit meaning, form and pronunciation on WB.

Ss will be given HO with questions about meaning and form. Ss will do them in pairs. T will monitor. T will go over the ones they did not answer correctly
Ss will be given HO with sentences that they have to correct according to the target language. Ss will work in pairs. T will monitor some Ss will be asked to do them on WB.
Ss will be asked to role play. T will elicit that they will be Rob. They will tell someone close to Rob what Mike said. Both Ss in pairs will play both roles. then T will ask some Ss to tell WC what Mike said.
T will play 'telephone wire' with Ss. T will tell the first Ss something and they have to report it to the others in whispers until it gets to a student on the other side and he says it aloud to the whole class.
