Writing (Biography & Autobiography)
Elementary A2 level

In this lesson, the students will learn how to write an autobiography of themselves, the story of their life in brief (around 6 or 7 sentences). Lesson begins with students putting in the correct chronological order a set of small pieces of paper (the story of their teacher's life in brief). Then they will do a matching exercise (key vocabulary in the lesson and the definitions). After that, they will read Ed Murrow's biography and answer a gist question. Next, there will be a focus on prepositions of time & place extracted from the text. The students do a matching activity about the prepositions. Finally, they write a autobiography of themselves.
