Pre reading (6-8 minutes) • To prepare Ss for the text and make it accessible

Ask Ss How do they remember the things they have to do each day ,week or month. Ss discuss what they do in pairs. Ss speak orally. Ss match words with definitions Ss check answers in pairs. Give Ss fb.

While reading1 (7-15 minutes) • To provideSs with less challenging gist and specific information

Ss read the article and match each of the names of the people mentioned with photos a-d. Ss check answers in pairs. Give Ss fb.

While reading2 (15-19 minutes) • To provide Ss with challenging details and specific information reading task

Ss read the article again and answer the questions. Ss check s in pairs. Give Ss fb.

Post reading (2-3 minutes) • To provide Ss with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they have learned
