Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

T sets the context by an anecdote to grab ss` attention and engage them in the topic of the lesson.

Useful Language (8-10 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming tasks

T shows ss his food diary for yesterday and asks them to tell each others in pairs. then, T pre-teaches new vocabs which might block their comprehension to the listening task, using pictures and CCQs.

Receptive Task • To provide an opportunity to practice target receptive skills

T directs ss that they are going to listen to get specific information to complete the listening task then they check in pairs. T might replay if needed. ss listen to another track to answer a specific question.

Productive Task(s) (18-20 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

ss think of a famous dish from their country and then tell each other the ingredients needed.

Feedback and Error Correction (8-10 minutes) • To provide feedback on students' production and use of language

T listen to ss` speaking about the famous dish of their country and delays the error correction part to the very end of the lesson. He highlights errors on the board and engage ss in the correction stage.
