Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (5-10 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

The teacher asks how the studets feel today The teacher shows the pictures of weather conditions and asks what the weather is like. The teacher shows gloves, sunglasses, a raincoat, an umbrella and tries to elicit them. The teacher asks students to repeat after her.

Productive Task (15-20 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

The teacher has prepared the class before it started. The teacher asks students to take their Ipads and stand up. There are weather condition items around the classroom. When the students scan the sun, they will see a short video on their Ipads and sunny will be written on it. The students do the same thing for each weather condition. Then according to the teacher's sentence, the students go under that weather condition and wear the appropriate item. The studens have brough sunglasses, a raincoat, an umbrella, gloves. The teacher says sentences for each weather condition.

Feedback and error correction (5-7 minutes) • To provide feedback on students' production and use of language

The teacher writes the mistakes the students did on the board. The teacher asks students to find and correct the mistakes with their partners. The teacher nominates students to correct the mistakes and explain why.

Productive Task 2 (10-15 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

One student makes sentences by using weather conditions and the others wear clothes and act it out. Each students says on sentence. After that, the teacher asks students to sit down and shows the post-test. The students take the post test. The teacher takes papers back after they finish it
