T will show some pictures of people cooking on the board, then ask if there are any cooking show on TV in there country, T will also ask if they love to cook and what kind of dishes they cook .and if men can cook, also if they have tasted any dish that was made by a man

Twill give the Ss a HO, they will have to talk about what things they need to make a spaghetti bolognese,they have to think of at least 7 things, Ss will be working in groups T will write their answer on the board for the following stage before Ss start listening, they will be matching up some words with the right definition. they will be using these word in the freer practice. teacher will nominate students to say the answer then ask the others if they agree then T will ask the Student, which one of these cooking techniques to make different dishes

before the T plays the recording, T will ask the students what the recording is about to see if they can guess from the previous stages, , then the T gives another HO to the students and asks them to write the nine things that Colin needs to make a spaghetti bolognese., Ss will be listening twice, they should be able to write the whole nine things down. After that the, Ss will be listening again and checking their answers together, then ask the students to write the answers on the board for feedback Following that, T will ask the students, do you think Colin will be able to make a nice spaghetti bolognese ? then play the rest of the recording again, then ask them to talk about the reaction of Belinda if she likes the dish or no and how does the dish look ? .

T will give another HO to the Ss, Ss will be working in group and think of a famous dish from their country and write. • What do you need to make it? • How long will it take you to make it? • What are the steps to make it? • Are you going to fry, bake or barbecue the dish? then they are going to present the dish the class
