I will show some pictures of some famous places of the hometown, and ask if they know what these places are

I pair the students up in and present a task to them, a matching task with pictures of six places in a city, and a text about someone's one day trip to Yazd, and i ask them to mark the places that are mentioned in the text. then i do an ICQ, and then give them the paper

with the slides on the screen, i show them some of the most basic places that could be found in a city, providing context for what each place, and control the pronunciation, after each slide, I ask a CQC to make sure they understand the context of the world and make sure they say it correctly

with hand out 2: I explain the paper to them, and how they have to fill the gaps with the words they learned . first they do it individually, and then check with pairs after. then i will provide them with answers.

hand out 3: i explain to students that they will each be given a picture of a place in a city. and they should describe the place to there partner, and there partner should guess what the place there partner described is, and vise versa
