To provide specific information and detailed listening practice using a text about Cultures of rural areas in the context of women and Men relationship
To provide accuracy speaking practice in a Conversation in the context of Nuclear and big families

Procedure (45-55 minutes)

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Give SS short information about the subject Ask them their favourite countries Make them speak for a while about 'Culture'

Exposure (8-10 minutes) • To provide a model of production expected in coming tasks through reading/listening

Prepare them to watch a video Ask them to match them vocabulary exercise in the 1.page Make them watch the video Check SS understanding main idea and details. Ask SS to the exercise in the 3.page Give information about 'Predicting Content' Make SS listen to a radio program and ask them to predict the contex in the pictures. Ask SS to answer the question in next page.

Useful Language (8-10 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks

Talk about 'Cause and Effect' Make them listen to the program Ask them to complete the extracts Ask them to the exercises on the same page Teach them suffixes briefly Give examples them from 5th page Ask SS to do exercises in the same page Give a little bit details related to 'prepositions in the 6th page Give SS short information about linking words
