Procedure

Warm-up and Introduction to the Session (3-5 minutes) • To introduce the focus of the lesson and prepare students to learn about the administrative and support process that follows contract signing.

The teacher will introduce the purpose of the session by explaining that students will learn about the next steps they will follow after signing their contract and the support they will receive during that process. Students will listen and prepare to engage with the topic.

Explanation of the Process After Signing the Contract (8-10 minutes) • To provide students with a clear overview of the administrative process they will follow once their contract is signed.

The teacher will use a visual support presentation to explain the process students will go through after signing their contract. The teacher will present the main steps in sequence and explain what students should expect during this stage. Students will listen, observe the presentation, and ask questions if clarification is needed. The teacher will respond to questions and emphasize the most important points.

Visa Interview Support (8-10 minutes) • To help students understand the support they will receive for their visa interview preparation.

The teacher will continue using the visual support presentation to explain the visa interview support process. The teacher will explain that Jesus will provide students with a prompt for the interview. The teacher will also explain that both the tutors and Jesus will support students in practicing for the interview. Students will listen and ask questions about the type of support they will receive. The teacher will clarify doubts and reinforce that students will not go through this stage alone.

Permissions, Home Office, and Evidence Submission (8-10 minutes) • To ensure that students understand the permissions they may receive and the procedure for home office and evidence submission.

The teacher will use the visual support presentation to explain the permissions granted when students need to miss class for visa-related appointments or interviews. The teacher will also explain the permissions related to home office and the folders students must use to upload their evidence when required. Students will listen, review the information presented, and ask questions when necessary. The teacher will clarify the process and make sure students understand where to upload their documentation.

NAVLE Flashcard Game (10-15 minutes) • To close the session with an interactive activity that reinforces engagement and creates a positive ending to the class.

The teacher will organize students to participate in a short NAVLE-themed mnemonic flashcard activity.

Closing (5-10 minutes) • To summarize the key ideas of the lesson and reinforce students' confidence in the support process ahead.

The teacher will briefly review the main points of the lesson with the help of the visual support presentation. The teacher will remind students that they will receive guidance throughout the administrative and interview process. Students will listen and reflect on the key takeaways from the session.
