Procedure

Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson engage students

matching activity T to S:you have problem in an equipment put the card in correct order to solve it. A- have a problem in an equipment B- check step one in the instruction C- find instruction in the menu D- check step two in the instruction and all next steps E- check the equipment menu F- in the end call the helpline to get help

Pre-Listening (3-5 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible

Tto S: GW -picture and listening that you will hear are related look at the picture guess what is the listening about. 3.What is the listening about?(work in group) ----about email ----about having a problem with your PC (personal computer) ----about having a problem in connecting to internet ----about having a problem in your laptop speaker

While-Listening #1 (10-12 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and specific information listening tasks

I will set the situation like this: Vishal has a problem he calls a computter helpline to get help. answer these quesitons : T to Ss :now read this questions 1-What’s the problem? 2-Do they manage to solve the problem? T to Ss :Listen just one time to the sections of the listening and talk about where and what the speakers are talking about.
