To improve accuracy in forming predictions, describing future actions in progress, and expressing actions completed before a specific time in the future. • To enhance reading comprehension by recognizing how future tense forms are used in context.
Procedure (31-48 minutes)
Show the students presentation for class #7 and ask the following question. Who learns faster - children or adults? And why? Show them a picture of a child studying Elicit ideas about learning styles and openness to new information.
Share google form so the students can do the activity. Gist task: Students will read the article "When knowing less is more". Task: Students will answer 3 questions regarding the article. 1. What is the main idea? - Children learn better due to fewer assumptions. 2. Why might children be more open - minded than adults when solving problems? - They do not rely as heavily on prior knowledge or fixed assumptions. 3.
