Procedure (45-59 minutes)
at first stage,I will tell students,today we have an exciting topic and then show them some pictures related to the reading activity and I will ask them what can you see?then,I will ask them to read the first exercise and ask one student :what do you think?then,now,exercise 2,you have one minute to read the text and check in pairs.then I ask the questions from students and if students ask about new words,I will write them on the board and ask students to tell their ideas.
For the third exercise,I will tell:Ok,guys imagine you are going to put a message in a bottle like zoe,what would you write?Then,I elicit answers .For learn this box:I will write ed/ed adjectives on the board and I will ask student to tell me what do you know about them.Then,I will write students answers on the board.Then,I will ask one student to read the learn this box for the class.Then,I I will write the examples on the board and students examples.After that,they have 2 minutes to explain it with their friend and then,I will ask from them and point out to the examples on the board.
For exercise 4,I will ask one student to read it for the class and tell me what we should do?Then,students have 2 minutes to do it on their own and check it with their friends.For exercise 5,one student should read the exercise 5 for the class and then one student should answer the first one as a class,then,they have 2 minutes to do on their own and in pairs.For exercise 6,one student should read it and tell what we should do?
For exercise 7,one student should read the question and tell what we should do and then,I will ask one student to read the first one and then students will have time to answer on their own and check with their partner.
For exercise 8,students should read the question and then,one student should complete the first one and then,they have 2 minutes to answer on their own and check with their partner.If there is a new word,I ask: any new words? then,I will write on the board and ask other students to answer.
Then,for the second learn this box,I write how+adjective on the board and ask one student,what do you know about how+adjective?and then,the other student will read the box.And I will ask student to make examples with this new grammar related to the class and check it with their partner and I will write their examples on the board.
For exercise 9,I will ask one student to read it and then In pairs they have 4 minutes to remodel it with their partner and then I will ask from the whole class.
