Description

This lesson introduces the “be going to” structure in its affirmative, negative, and interrogative forms through a highly visual and engaging approach. Students will explore pictures that show future plans and actions, followed by a short storytelling segment that naturally models the target grammar in context. Procedure

Warm up (2-3 minutes) • To activate thier previous knowledge and curiosity

Debate: A vs. B Students choose their plan for next week.

Lead-in (1-2 minutes) • Rouse their curiosity, getting familiar with the meaning of the grammar

Presentation (6-8 minutes)

Focus on form and structure Using different colors on WB to write the examples. Elicit the next examples from students. Teaching Negative part. CCQs: am I doing this right now? Is it for past? Did I plan now? Interrogative part
