I speak English. What is the role of the first word? sub. How about the second one? Verb. I will draw a timeline on the board and ask: Does it happen in the past, present, or future? Present. What is the question form? What is the negative form? Is it true that I speak English? Yes. We use the simple present for things that are generally true or are habits. How can we make this sentence negative? I don't speak English every day. Now, change the subject from I to she and rewrite this sentence.
