Procedure (40-54 minutes)
I will show Ss three pictures (Anna Frank, Martin Luther King, Paul and Ringo) of famous people and ask, "Who are they?" and "What did they achieve in life?" Some Ss will share their answers with the class.
I'll ask students to listen to 3 people talking about amazing achievements. Ss will listen and match the speakers with the achievements mentioned in the audio. I will ask them to check their answers in pairs. Then, I will check answers with everyone
I will give students a gap-filling exercise where they have to complete one word of the TL. Ss will work individually and then I will ask them to share their answers with the class. I will use the CCQ "What type of words are these, verbs, nouns, adjectives?"
MEANING: I will provide a Forms with questions related to the M and F Ss will work in pairs. PRONUNCIATION I will ask students to identify what the pronunciation pattern is of the TL. I will show them visuals for stress patterns and we will drill the phrases a couple of times.
Students will complete a matching exercise to practice the TL
I will ask students to write their own certificate of achievement. For that, I will show them a five-point checklist to follow in their writing
I will write some sentences that students used in their writing.
