Procedure

Lead-in /context setting (3-4 minutes) • To warm up and engage students for setting lesson context

1.Asking questions about the topic and show them a picture of the related subject To elicite from them the main idea of lesson. .what is this picture tell us? Or what is it about?! with PPP Method the teacher should set CCQS to teach students about the process of learning

Pre_writing (2-3 minutes) • Equip learners for the task

Provide input, ideas, and language support before students start writing. Example tasks: 2 analyze a model text, pre-teach vocabulary, brainstorm ideas.

Planning (1-2 minutes) • Organize thoughts

Organize ideas into logical sections before the first draft; decide paragraph structure and linking devices. Example tasks: mind-maps, outlines, bullet points.

Drafting (3-4 minutes) • encourage fluency, provide supportive monitoring, give feedback and boost confidence

Produce the first version without focusing on perfection. Example tasks: display work in groups or pairs, read aloud.

Revising & Editing (1-2 minutes) • Raise quality of work

Improve the content, clarity, and accuracy of a text before submitting. Example tasks: peer review, self-check spelling/punctuation/grammar, refine vocabulary.

Final writing (2 minutes) • Finalize and present work

Produce a polished, final version of the text following feedback; ensure style, format, and layout match the genre. Example tasks: formal letter, report, article.

Sharing and Feedback (2 minutes) • Reflection & Awareness

Share completed work to build confidence and provide language/content feedback. Example tasks: display work, read aloud, give structured comments.

Follow_up • consolidate learning

Extend the writing skill beyond the lesson. Example tasks: homework rewriting, related speaking activities, applying the topic in other contexts.
