Description

In this lesson, students will try to focus on a fluency writing session in the context of talking about the future, focusing on the output framework, trying to recover and use prior knowledge by student.

Main Aims

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (5-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Introduce students to the class objective. Tell students to open slide 1, and have them ask and answer those questions in pairs. Elicit one of the questions for students. Recap instructions Make sure to confirm with students: Do you write or do you speak?

Exposure (8-10 minutes) • To provide a model of production expected in coming tasks through reading/listening

Have students go to the next slide. Tell them they have to get inside the link and enlist their morning routines. Provide an example. Have them input at least 4

Useful Language (8-10 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks

Taking a screenshot of the results, and correcting spelling with students. Then, ask students to think about their routine... Show the example....

Productive Task(s) (18-18 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

Tell students they will have to (use the pool text) write their own routine with as many ideas as possible.

Feedback and Error Correction (8-10 minutes) • To provide feedback on students' production and use of language

Ensure students review their work using the checklist. Recap the lesson´s objective.
