Procedure (31-47 minutes)
Who can swim? Do you keep the beach clean? What kind of creatures can we see under the water?
coral reefs, snorkel, landscape, national park, marine life.
I will let the students read in order to get the main idea of the text. I will ask them ccqs to make sure that they understand the aim of the task: - Are you going to read quickly? -Are you going to read every single word? -How much time do we have? -Are you going to read alone?
- I will let them read the questions of task number 3 before they read to help them finding specific information.
- I will ask my students to read for the last time precisely. - I will ask them to do task number 4.
- I will give them the chance to respond to the text productively by asking them to do task number 5.
