The Ss are asked to talk about what those things are and what they have in common in pairs and share their ideas with the WC. If time, other words are added to the list for the categorization to be clear.
A HO will be distributed with pairs of pictures and words on them for each student to match. They will be given a time limit and then they will have to check in pairs, and after at the whole class will do the activity together, this time with the HO displayed by the OHP. Since all the adjectives are already assumed to be known by the Ss, no pre-teaching for the whole class is necessary, but T will monitor their progress throughout the task and if anyone is struggling, they will be helped.
A HO is distributed containing two sets of 5 sentences. The Ss are asked to read the sentences. Two readings are then distributed containing the priorly seen on sentences. The Ss are asked to go through the reading quickly and mark the sentences that do not belong to any of the readings. PW and WC for checking.
The Ss are given a HO with True or False sentences based on the reading on them. They are asked to read the readings again and this time the Ss are supposed to brand each sentence True or False. Their answes are checked in their pairs and then as a WC.
Two sets of sentences will appear on the board with blanks in them and the words to fill the sentences with in front of them. A HO of he similar sentences is give. To the Ss so that they can write their answers there, check in pairs and with the WC.
Notes will be taken during the class of the errors that are common and they will go on the board and be corrected in this stage.
