Description

I will start the class with a question[If you are in a long line at the supermarket and you change to adiffrent line what will usually happen?then i will teach some vocab with pictures or explanations. i will make examples and will write them on the board and say synonyms that students will offer.in next stage i will allow the students to read the first paragraphs of the text and answer to two questions.who was Murphy?what is his law?.they are asked to match some phrases that are related to the examples of Murphys Low in the text then we will check them with whole class.in the end i will students in 3groups to answer this question Do any of things or thinks like that often to you? they will choose most thing to tell the class.

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-4 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

we are going to stard the class by asking one question.if you are waiting in a long line at the supermarket and you change to a diffrent line what will usually happen?we willl discuss around this question

Pre-Reading (5-8 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible

students are going to be thought the meaning of some words in the text by picture or explanation.I will make examples with theses words on the board. students can say synonyms and i will write them on the board.

While-Reading#1 (5-10 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and information reading tasks

students will read the first two paragraphs of the text and they will answer to less challenging gist .who was murphy? What is his "low"

While-Reading#2 (5-8 minutes) • To scane the reading in order to match some headings

they are asked to match some phrases that are related to the examples of Murphys Low in the text then we will check them with wole class.

Post-Reading (3-5 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they've learned

Iput students in 3 groups to answer this question {Do any of things or thinks like that often happen to you?} they will choose most strange thing to tell the class.
