Procedure

Warmer (5-7 minutes) • To set context about the things, which are the most dangerous when you're driving a car.

I will remind them what their lesson is about.Ask ss :Does anybody of you drive a car? What do you think ,what should't you do while driving a car? I'll show them a video about a car accident . What happened?what did you see in the video? what else shouldn't you do while you are driving a car? Which are the most dangerous things? And then I'll show them pictures (power point) about the dangerous things people do while driving. I'll ask them to tell me ,what is happening in the picture.

Listening and speaking (7-10 minutes) • To listen for specific information

I'll give ss the text-beginning of a newspaper article ,give them few minutes to read it .Then ask them to work in pairs and speak about questions above the text. After it I'll try to get some feedback. I'll listen to the audio 2.15.Number the actvities 1-6.I'll pause the audio just before the expert says which thing is the most dangerous ,second most dangerous,etc...Elicit from the class what they think is going to be the next? Check answers. Ss will listen for more detail.I'll ask students the questions 1-8.

Vocabulary (5-8 minutes)

Ss wil put the words in right column.Check answers with a partner. Then answers will appear on the screen. Then I'll give them pictures and words and they will match them.Stick them above the number of a thing. They will work in three groups. After sticking they will check their answers, from a pieces of papers. For the feedback one student will ask a word from the picture to her/his group mate and he/she will explain it's meaning. Then one who answers will choose another student and askes:what does this word mean?etc...

Plan-B (3-6 minutes)

If I have time ,Ss will return to p-31.ex-d.I'll ask them to come in the middle of the room and ask each other about these statements,if they agree or not.And why? I'll give them a homework from p-148
