Description

In this lesson, students will learn some lexical chunks to evaluate and recommend things through guided discovery based on the text they read in the previous lesson. The lesson will start with a discussion about the purpose of the writer of text. This is followed by a controlled practice activity where students need to fill the gaps with the given adjectives to make lexical chunks and decide where to place the adverbs quite and really. Finally there is some semi controlled practice through formulating sentences and a freer practice where students will have a chance to practice their speaking skills.
