Main Aims

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Face2Face p.26 (picture) - Who are they? - Where are they? - Do they know each other? - Are they good friends?

Exposure (8-10 minutes) • To provide context for the target language through a text or situation

Vocabulary: (F2F, p. 26) Stay in: Are you inside of your flat or outside of your flat? Eat out: Are you eating at your flat or at a restaurant? Concert: Live music Visit: Go see - pronunciation drills > Ss work in pairs and tell their friends 5 of their favorite things to do on weekends (or in their free time)

Highlighting (2-4 minutes) • To draw students' attention to the target language

Daily routine review: What do you do on Sundays? > write TL on WB A: What time do you get up on Sundays? B: Around 11 o'clock, and you? - WC FB

Clarification (15-20 minutes) • To clarify the meaning, form and pronunciation of the target language
