Procedure (82-90 minutes)

Warmer/Lead-in (23-25 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Instructions: Students draw action cards (e.g., cleaned, checked, took, found) and mime them. Their team guesses the full past-tense sentence: You took the wrong medicine She cleaned the recovery room

Exposure (23-25 minutes) • To provide a model of production expected in coming tasks through reading/listening

Bamboozled! Instructions: Bamboozled! game with 4 categories: Irregular Past Verbs There Was / There Were Sequence Connectors Clinic or Daily Life Vocabulary Students play in teams.

Useful Language (23-25 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks

Kahoot! Recap Challenge Instructions: Kahoot! quiz reviewing: Past verb forms Sequencing expressions Quantifier logic Listening content from this week Students play individually or in teams. Emphasize speed + accuracy.

Feedback and Error Correction (13-15 minutes) • To provide feedback on students' production and use of language
