Procedure (43-52 minutes)
Slide 2 of presentation Students will have a list of two themes to pick from. For example: Coffee/tea. On the other side of the list they will have the following options to share their opinions with: In my opinion I prefer because I think since One reason is that What I like about it is Students will have to talk about 5 of these options and use the reasons given. Example: I think having a cat is better since having a dog requieres more responsability.
Slide 3 of the presentation. Students will have a list of ways to express your opinion: I think... I believe... In my opinion... From my point of view... And a list to support their opinion: ...because... ...since... The main reason is... One reason for this is that... What I like/do not like about it is... I will ask them to write down these options or to take a picture for future reference. I will share 3 examples with them: I think watching movies at home is better, because it is more comfortable and cheaper. In my opinion, working in a team is more effective since you can share responsibilities. One reason I prefer tea is that it helps me relax. and I will ask them the following questions: 1.
