Procedure (54-60 minutes)
Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students
Brief recap of the Speaking class presentations Confirm order of remaining students Remind students to use indirect questions during Q&A
Free Practice (48-50 minutes) • To provide students with free practice of the target language
Remaining students present for 10 to 15 minutes each Q&A follows each presentation Classmates are encouraged to take light notes and engage with the speaker
Wrap-Up (3-5 minutes) • To close the lesson
Optional Reflection (if time permits) “What’s one thing you learned from today’s talks?” “Which presentation surprised or inspired you?”
