Teaching Practice 2
To review and practice the present simple form of the verb "be" in positive and negative sentences, asking questions by using "be" in the context of people that students know
To provide controlled speaking practise to introduce yourself and to know the others in a good relationship; and To review the vocabulary / lexis of family members
Procedure (48-60 minutes)
Giving some small pieces of papers that they will keep them for the a game later on.
Target language is about the verb "be". So at first i will make them remember the conjugation on the board via choral drilling and give them Exercice-5-a "fill in the gaps" on the Course Book "Unlimited"(P.11) and their correction by listening of course book CD.
Work in groups in front of the board, conversations in groups of two or three. Speaking and pronounciation practises.
Exercice-1 (is she your sister?" and Exercice-2 "fill in the gaps" on the Course Book "Unlimited"(P.11) and their correction by listening of course book CD.
Free exercices: drawing a flower and make the students write into the flower 5 names from their family or friends or colleagues. Then make them speak in pairs by asking 5 questions eachother and giving answers in 5 positive- 5 negatives sentences, corrections
