in this lesson the students will learn about quantifiers . they will learn how to ask and answer about the quantity of countable and non-countable words. i will be using CCQ to grasp their understanding

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Talking about favorite foods and drinks(or about foods and drinks they know the name of). I ask them about foods and drinks that they like and write it on board. Then I ask them which ones are countable and which are non-countable.

Highlighting (2-4 minutes) • To draw students' attention to the target language

put the foods and drinks in separate categories and give introduction about todays lesson.

Clarification (8-10 minutes) • To clarify the meaning, form and pronunciation of the target language

explain how much, how many, a lot and etc... . how to use them and where to use them.

Controlled Practice (8-10 minutes) • To concept check and prepare students for more meaningful practice

ask students to use the grammar in sentences and questions about their chosen foods and drinks. or write sentences on the board and let them chose the correct option.

Free Practice (8-10 minutes) • To provide students with free practice of the target language

let the students ask questions from each other and answer
