Procedure (34-46 minutes)
Play a video to engage students and get them to dance.
Review I was with the vocab. Play a short spinner game. Show pictures of the teacher. Talk about the pictures with I was.
Ask if the students caught the structure the teacher was saying with wasn't. Play a short video that has a child talking about himself in the past. (Recording of the teacher's child) Ask students questions on the video. Introduce wasn't first then the he/she/it structure.
Continue with Third person structures. Play A Bad Luck Billy style game. Students are introduced to the picture and a strucure which they may guess at first. Then they take turns to say the structure. After a preset time that the students are unaware of a bomb will sound and the student whose turn it was does not get a star while the other 2 do.
Three students will play at a time. The students will need to look at the picture and choose one of two structures that appears on the board. The first to do so is the winner.
