Description

In this lesson, Ss look at the negative form of the present simple tense using vocabulary relating to free time activities via the PPP model. SS will first learn the formula to negate the present tense, after using practice exercises that will enforce said formula. Following the Ss will learn how to answer Yes/No questions regarding negative present tense, with some basic responses being introduced. Finally, Ss will do a semi-controlled activity which requires Ss to negate true sentences, with a free practice event using the same exercise following up, in order to probe the Ss understanding.
