Procedure: Show 2–3 silly or chaotic images (e.g., a dog chewing wires, someone slipping on a floor). Ask: What would happen in this situation? What should you do if this happens? Board a few good first conditional responses: If the power goes out, the surgery will stop If you laugh during the consultation, the client might get annoyed
