Useful Language (8-10 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks

Talk briefly about dreams and childhood ambitions to introduce the topic to the class. Introduce the language the ss will be expected to use in the next task. Eg: I always wanted to be...., I always thought it would be nice to.... etc Pair ss and ask them to turn take and answer these questions: What were your childhood ambitions? Have they changed now that you are older? What do you do now? What would you hope to become/ to do in the future? Monitor and make notes. Feedback and error correct.
