Procedure (45-55 minutes)
The teacher shows the pictures of different student rooms and tries to elicit the words tidy and untidy.
The SS do a vocabulary matching exercise on the smart board.
The SS do a gist reading and choose one heading for the article.
The SS do a detailed reading exercise and try to answer the 6 questions on page 16 of the student's book.
The SS do a listening exercise provided by the student's book. They listen to a student who make some comments about herself by referring to the text. After listening, they do a speaking exercise with their pairs and try to answer whether the article is right about them.
