Elementary level

In this lesson, learners will practice simple past using regular verbs in the context of people's lives. The class will start with an old picture of grandparents being shown around the class. This should start a discussion about my grandparents which I will lead to start a discussion among the ss about their grandparents. In this context, we will start the class with a video clip of Shirley Temple Black, followed by speaking and controlled writing exercises for past simple, using regular verbs.
