Procedure (28-40 minutes)
T asks Ss to listen to Gogo's and see what he's talking about. Watch cartoon 'Gogo's adventures with English' about the topic Family. T asks what the cartoon was about.
Show pictures of my family and try to elicit the vocab of the family members.
Ss are asked to complete the Family Tree in the coursebook. T will write the words on the board. T asks students to get into pairs and compare their answers. T class checks.
T asks Ss to complete exercise 2 in World Quest. After completion Ss get into pairs and compare their answers. T drills Scott's, Sam's Anna's, Jenny's.
T writes Scotts and puts a cross on it. Then writes Scott's and puts a tick, T writes other names as well. T asks what is this? Why do we do it? T gives examples to make it clear. T gets a book from a Ss and says this is my book? NO It's Doruk's book. T gives few examples and then gets the Ss to do the same.
Ss walk around and ask 3 students about their family members names.
Ss talk about one of their friend's family members.
