Beginner level

In this lesson, students will learn different adjectives related to the people and places. T starts with the pictures of opposite adjectives on the WB. The teacher uses her mimics and gestures to explain the meaning of the adjectives. Students will try to guess the meaning of them. This will be followed by listening a song related to adjectives, gap filling exercise, pronunciation exercise, matching pictures with the adjectives, making sentences with the adjectives.

They also will practice listening about some dishes from different places and the main ingredients of them through an audio track. Then they will practice speaking about the most traditional dishes in their country and their favorite dish.

In this lesson Ss will ask and answer personal, open-ended interview questions, familiarizing themselves on a deeper level with their fellow peers. A period of time will also be provided for the WC to interview the T on anything of interest (and appropriate). Following the main speaking activity, which will include multiple PW groupings, each Ss will share, with the WC, a few interesting things that they learned about their fellow peers.

In this lesson , students will learn how to listen for gist and for specific information.Also they will learn some communication skills and different ways of reacting to what people say. This is followed by some techniques on how to tell a story, and learning some pronunciation skills " stressing in word groups". Ended with a speaking activity if there's time for it.
