Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (10-10 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

The teacher welcomes students to the topic of the hour, and sets a context by having students ask and answer the following questions: Talk with your peers and say which of the following situation have you experienced (tell what happened): Burn while cooking Fell out of bed Car accident What other accidents (that are not here) have you ever experienced? The students are sent to breakout rooms, and the teacher monitors. After time runs out, the teacher provides OCFB.

Exposure (8-8 minutes) • To provide context for the target language through a text or situation

The students observed the link (https://forms.gle/4Ec8d9RwnouBiJes8) the teacher is sharing on the screen. In it, they will see there is a sample text where reflexive pronouns are used. Individually, students answer and then they compare in breakout rooms While students work, the teacher monitors. The teacher provides content feedback ICQ: Do you submit the form? No When do you submit? After checking with classmates

Clarification (12-12 minutes) • To clarify the meaning, form and pronunciation of the target language

While students work, the teacher monitors. The teacher provides feedback MFPA: M: Questions 2, 4 F: Questions 3, 5 (must focus self (singular vs plural) P: Drilling with question 5

Controlled Practice (10-10 minutes) • To concept check and prepare students for more meaningful practice

In the general session, the students receive the following instruction: Match the sentence with the correct follow-up questions (there is an image in the presentation). Students write answers in the chatbox and the teacher provides feedback

Free Practice (15-15 minutes) • To provide students with free practice of the target language

The students are given the following context by the teacher: Roleplay conversations about the situations (of the CP activity). Try to continue and keep the conversations going (add from your own ideas) The students will do 2 rounds of roleplay (5 minutes each) After time runs out, students come back to the general session and roleplay one in front of the class. The teacher does a content and accuracy feedback
